Growing up in a family-owned business was the beginning of Asche’s business education and instilled in her a deep respect for the hard work and wide-ranging skills it takes to run a business. Over the years, she’s worked in restaurants, wealth management, value-added agriculture, and has also owned her own business. Asche is particularly skilled at analysis and uncovering the root causes of complex issues.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and an MBA, and has been with the WWU SBDC since 2018. Asche cares deeply about building strong local economies, equipping businesses with the tools they need to succeed, and using business as a force for good. She also enjoys limes, deep belly laughs, and getting lost in the woods.
