Laura Provolt, M.S.

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Laura oversees budget projections, grant reporting, client impact data, and ensures our hybrid team operates smoothly. With a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Psychology, she works to ensure our public and private funding is used effectively to support and strengthen the small business community.

Originally from the redwood forests of Northern California, Laura has also lived in the Deep South and Midwest, but feels most at home in the Pacific Northwest. When she’s not at work or in the woods, you can find her experimenting in the garden or crafting something from leather, fabric, or paint.
