Dr. Liliana Deck brings extensive leadership experience to the WWU SBDC, working with both local and global organizations across the public and private sectors. Her passion is reflected in her research and professional experience which focuses on the intersectionality of economic development and social marketing. 

Dr. Deck is also a lecturer at Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics where she shares her passion with future generations teaching Nonprofit and Social Marketing in the Finance and Marketing Department.
